This "Scratch-Answer-Win" contest ("Contest") is brought to you by OnMobile Global Limited (“OGL”). Please read these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") before entering the Contest. You agree, that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires "You" or "Your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

1) Eligibility in this campaign

You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:

• You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India
• You have a billing address within the territory of India.
• You should be of age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.
• You should have a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of your PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport.
• Offer is eligible at GFF 2023, Jio World Centre, Mumbai, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai, 400 098, Maharashtra, India
• Offer will be applicable on above mentioned product.

2) Details of the contest:

This Contest will be available from 5th September 2023 10:00:00 (IST) to 7th September 2023 18:00:00 (IST).

3) How to enter in this contest

• Walk up to the Gamize booth (C18) and scratch a card on Scratch-Answer-Win board
• Participants of the Scratch-Answer-Win Contest, following a scratch, have a chance to win a reward if they answer a question they see on the card upon scratching, correctly. Participants will win the reward corresponding to the text stated below the question, on the scratched card. There will be 3 rewards to win throughout the duration of the event. Rewards include the following: Gift, Free campaign and entry into a lucky draw
• Winners of the free campaign can avail of it for a maximum of 3 months including 2 weeks of integration time from the first date of the exploration call with the sales team
• The redemption will be applicable to the organization the individual represents & not for personal use
• If multiple winners within an organization win the reward for “Free Campaign”, it's common for the organization to decide on a single recipient to represent the reward. This would simplify the process and ensure that the reward is used effectively within the organization’s goals or initiatives
• The “Free Campaign” can be passed on to one relevant person within the organization if not applicable to the winner.

4) Rewards:

Subject to fulfillment of these T&Cs, the below "Rewards" will be offered, under this Contest, to such number of winners as provided in the table below:

• Serial Number
• Participant’s name
• Reward Description

Any graphics of the Reward, as depicted in any communication regarding the Contest, are for representation purposes only. The actual Reward may differ in colour, appearance, or offerings. There are no cash or other reward alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond Gamize by OGL’s control, Gamize may substitute a similar alternative reward of equal or greater value at Gamize’s sole discretion. If you win a Reward, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the reward for cash. Subject to the winner claiming the reward within the given period, the winner will be eligible to claim only 1 (one) Reward upon scratching a card.

5) Reward drawing:

By agreeing to participate and enter this Contest, you agree that you have valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of your PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport and you may be required to share the said documents with OGL as and when requested. You will automatically forfeit your claim to the Reward if you do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs. Further, if selected and eligible, you will need to claim the Reward within 1 month from the Notification Date (i.e. the first congratulatory mail received from OGL), failing which, you will be deemed to have forfeited the Reward. The procedure of claiming the Reward will be as instructed by OGL, wherein you may be required to visit appropriate web links and provide requisite details.

6) Additional terms:

OGL may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in its sole discretion, change any of the terms of these T&Cs or cancel the Contest at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest should unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest or submission of entries. OGL is not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Contest.

OGL may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or any OGL’s or its affiliate's property, including; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. The authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Contest at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these T&Cs in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. No benefits greater than those described in the "Description of the Contest and How to Enter" and "Rewards" sections above in these T&Cs will be awarded.

7) Publicity release:

By participating in the Contest, you give OGL and its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to the Contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow. You agree that OGL or its affiliates have the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or contests that follow. You agree that OGL and/ or its affiliates have complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the Internet. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release OGL and/ or its affiliates and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. You give your consent to OGL and/or its affiliates, agents and assigns to use your name and likeness to promote the Contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow.

8) Liability release:

This Contest is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary. By participating in the Contest, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless OGL, and any of its affiliates, employees, or agents representing or related to OGL and its services/products. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the benefits/ Rewards offered under this Contest, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by OGL’s negligence.
